Welcome to the McGill Model Arbitration Law Database (“MALDB”), a web resource created to develop a better understanding of the implementation of the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration (“Model Law”).
(1) the original full text of over 450 judicial decisions relating to the Model Law;
(2) full-text translations of most decisions not issued in English, or translations of extended excerpts otherwise;
(3) a detailed analytical summary of each decision; and
(4) a country report and the relevant Model Law-implementing legislation of selected jurisdictions, including an English translation of the relevant law, where applicable.
